DISH VIP-722, VIP-622,  VIP-922 and VIP-612 DVR Dual-fan Cooling System
This multi-speed cooling system is designed to be mounted on the side of your Dish VIP DVR, over the left air vents. It will quietly pull the warm air out of this component's chassis and exhaust it out the side.
It has 2 high-quality, low-noise 80mm fans, both integrated into a single dual-fan housing, and is intended to add serious cooling to your Dish DVR.
At recommended fan speeds, you will never hear these fans in action.
In addition, YOU control the fan speed, using the multi-speed fan controller.
The fan unit has an attractive mounting plate that makes mounting easy, seals air and prevents vibrations.
The cooling system is exceptionally quiet, and comes with several special features:
Includes a multi-speed transformer, which lets you choose how fast you want the fans to run, and which plugs into any 110 volt outlet.  This transformer is prewired, and comes with a quick-connector to plug into the rest of the cooling system.  You can place the transformer up to 4.5 feet from the fan units.
This cooling system, even when running at 1/2 speed, can move a volume of air equal to least 20 times your Dish DVR per minute (once every 3 seconds!).
Our fans use fluid dynamic bearings, for extremely long life and quiet operation.
The fan unit adds only 1-3/8 inches to the width of your DVR, and only needs another 3/8 inch for airflow (1-3/4 inches total).
Includes integrated fan grills, to cover and protect the fans, and a quick-connect Molex cabling system, allowing you to unplug the fan unit from the transformer, for easy wire routing.
The fan mounting plate incorporates an airchamber base, which covers and draws air from the entire vent area.   The unit is securely fastened to your cabinet by special high-temp snap-lock pads.  The fan unit can be removed and replaced easily, if needed.  All necessary mounting hardware is included in the kit.
This cooling system comes with complete mounting instructions.
NOTE:
