In-line amplifier /Power insert flash or no power
TEST YOUR POWER INSERT BEFORE REPLACING IT!
If your HD-8008 TV Antenna power insert LED does not come on, you may have a short on your line.
The power insert has a surge/short detection so if you connect a cable to the power insert that has a short, or if there is a splitter on that line that is not a LAVA splitter, the light on the power insert will flash once, or turn off.
You can disconnect
the power insert from everything completely, then only connect it to power, and the light should come back on if there is nothing connected to it.
Why did some of my broadcast TV channels disappear?"

Step1. Connect the coax cable from Antenna to Lava splitter's "Ant in" port
Step2. Connect the coax cable from lava Splitter's "Out 1 Power port" to the power inserter or control Box " Ant port"
Step 3. You can use the output of the lava splitter for different tvs and the other end of the power inserter too.
